It’s always hard to think of new and creative ways to get your baby the nutrition he or she needs, and sometimes they tire of bland vegetables. That is why I LOVE this recipe, because it can serve as a delicious, easy-to-make spread for adults, or a yummy first food for the kiddos! It’s totally versatile. A nice serving of whole milk, protein, and sweet fruits will keep babies happy, healthy, and wanting more.
